THE NAME

Two Tails LLC was founded in January of 2007 by Patrick Nihipali. As a Uhaul dealer we get the question, how did you come up with the name Two Tails? Back then Patrick had a lawyer to told him during the formation of the company that he needed a name. Patrick asked, what kind of name should I do? The lawyer replied, "Any name who cares! All people will see is Uhaul!" Patrick had two beautiful cats and named it Two Tails. It’s been many years since then and now Patrick has zero cats and a dumb named company. Fortunately, the name seems to resonate with people and we get calls from all over the country with folks looking for Two Tails, because who could forget a name like that!

THE IDEA

Two Tails started out as a rough idea to just pay for school at Boise State University. It more than paid for Patricks tuition as the success of Two Tails became too much to ignore. Lots of great employees have not only paid for school and survived off the income from this company, but they have thrived! We have an incredible list of former employees whom have started businesses, played or currently play in the NFL and CFL, become industry experts in their respective fields, found happiness and married and carry those beautiful Idaho values that we all know and appreciate. The idea has changed dramatically and now the purpose of Two Tails is to deliver a very direct and personal experience when moving, camping, towing, growing, contracting or any condition that life throws at our customers for us to help them with. It’s worth it for us to help the good people in this world, it’s our mission to lend our expertise to those who need it. It’s our mission to make long standing impacts on the people of our community and since 2007 the community has been so gracious to not only depend on us but to smile and bring happiness every time the walk in the door, the symbiotic relationship is fantastic and we can’t be thankful enough.

FRIENEMIES

The moving industry is strange. We see new companies pop up in the late spring every year and disappear near the end of summer. Quite often we see a lot of people get burned by those companies. So if you need a reference that is not us, please don’t hesitate to ask! We refer folks to all sorts of companies in the valley and we know who is good.
