Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Two Tails LLC ("Company") and the customer ("Customer"). By signing below, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Prohibited Items

The Customer understands and agrees that the following items are strictly prohibited from being transported in the cargo space of moving trucks operated by Two Tails LLC:

• Contraband
• Flammable materials
• Hazardous materials
• Explosives
• Animals
• Living or deceased persons
• Compressed gases
• Active electrical circuitry or powered devices that pose a transport hazard

Two Tails LLC reserves the right to refuse transport of any item deemed unsafe or noncompliant with this list.

2. Scope of Equipment and Services

The quote provided in this Agreement applies only to the equipment and services explicitly listed.
If additional equipment or services are required beyond what is included in this Agreement:

• They will be added as an addendum at an additional cost, or
• Any remaining or undisclosed items will not be transported under this Agreement.

Two Tails LLC makes reasonable recommendations based on the information provided by the Customer at the time the quote and Agreement are prepared. The Company is not responsible for items or requirements that were not disclosed.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to ensure an accurate quote and contract. Any items added after the Agreement is finalized, or any items not originally included in the quoted price, may be refused transport.

3. Packing Responsibilities

The Customer accepts full responsibility for packing their own items. Two Tails LLC is not liable for damage resulting from improper or insufficient packing performed by the Customer.

4. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Two Tails LLC may deny or discontinue service at any time, prior to or during the move, for any disclosed or undisclosed reason related to safety, legality, or operational concerns.

5. Operational Conditions

Two Tails LLC strives to provide efficient, thoughtful, and flexible service. However, certain circumstances—such as safety concerns or weather conditions—may require adjustments to scheduling or arrangements. The Customer acknowledges that such conditions may be outside the control of Two Tails LLC and its associates.

Two Tails LLC does not share loads between customers and upholds strict privacy for all clients.

If the Customer is uncomfortable with any arrangements, Two Tails LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate additional requests when possible. Some accommodations may incur additional charges.

6. Insurance Coverage

Vehicles and belongings transported by Two Tails LLC are covered under SafeTow and SafeMove coverage options selected through RepublicWest Insurance. Coverage details are available upon request.

Employees of Two Tails LLC are insured through the Idaho State Insurance Fund.

7. Agreement and Acceptance

By agreeing to any contract, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, and that all information provided for the preparation of this contract is accurate.

8. Communications

Communications must be setup by the customer by choosing phone, text or email.  Not conscenting to communications makes the moving process impossible and will terminate any services immediately not relieving the customer of any debts owed to Two Tails LLC.

9.  Changes to the terms of service

Two Tails LLC may change the conditions of these terms of service at any time and will do so with written notice.
